Our Approach

(1) First, let’s go for a coffee

We need to get hold of the business goals alignment for the brand. We will sit down with our clients for a very open discussion to abstract the needs and objectives, and we believe the best way is over a cup of coffee, and a relaxing environment. (Hint: a double-tailed mermaid

(2) Then we will bring the case back to the team

A deep user and marketing research will be conducted by our analytical specialists and strategists and we will meet in the first brainstorming session within 72hours. We will layout the marketing mix of the brand and its past strategies to determine the current situation of the brand and its potentials for a digital/social media marketing strategy. (we call this “strategic autopsy” exercise)

(3) Next, we will put on our thinking cap.

We love this stage the most. A lot of reading, content audits, research and heavy brainstorming sessions to draw out all the possible ideas for the brand to achieve the objective set determined by client and our team. Normally we will go back to the client with at least 2 ideas, and we do not hesitate to scrap ideas even they’re good if they don’t meet the objectives. (This stage, this very stage, we call it “ideation”)

(4) After that we will go back to the client with some awesome ideas.

We present the ideas generated in the best way we can for our clients to really understand the concepts and the details of every ideas, with visuals, research and analytics, and most importantly a set of established objectives and deliverables that we will commit our every bit to deliver. All the ideas presented are examined by our user experience architects and engineers to make sure the design and technical requirements are all possible. (we call this “presentation”, yes as simple as that)

(5) Then we build it.

After aligning the objectives and the deliverables with the client, we will bring our strategists, engineers and user experience architects together for a lock-down. A lot of technical discussions, reviewing technologies and user interface designs needed for each elements of the structure (website, web apps, mobile apps, etc.)

At the same time, our social media managers will be building a communication strategy for launching and executing the campaign. A communication kit will be developed after thorough research and studies on the brand. We build a road map for the whole campaign period including pre and post campaign communication and crisis management strategies for best integration and tribe-ing process.

(Yes you’re right, this stage is called “Engineering and development”)

(6) So now everything is done? Let’s hit the ground running!

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will be managing and monitoring your campaign on all platforms identified (Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Youtube, etc.) by posting, replying to keep your brand engaging, relevant and appropriate to your audience aligning to your campaign. Did we mention crisis management? We will have a set of answers to all possible feedback we can possibly think of and we’ll standby to tackle all possible comments that will be posted towards your campaign and brand. In case something we can’t make decision on the spot, you will receive a notification via call or message with suggested action by our seasoned communication experts. (we call this stage “the moment of truth”)

(7) The numbers speak louder than words.

Lastly, we measure our success together looking back the numbers, we are confident that you will be amazed by the performance of your brand.
